This network is legally anchored by the **Simran Fortnightly Newspaper**, owned by **Shri D.P. Prabhakaran**. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of this platform. Under the intellectual leadership of **Acharya Asheesh Mishra**, we maintain a rigorous standard of intellectual and technical sovereignty, and any breach of these terms will be met with administrative and legal action.
2. Intellectual Property & Software Sovereignty
A. Content Usage: You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any journalistic or scholarly content from this site without the express written permission of **Acharya Asheesh Mishra**. Our "Architectural Journalism" is a proprietary method of data triangulation and is subject to strict copyright laws in India and international jurisdictions.

- Attempts to compromise the technical security of the Sudarshan grid.

The Abhijit Piyush Organization reserves the right to block any user or entity that attempts to bypass our "Technical Firewall" or disrupts the "Information Sovereignty" of our newsroom.
